BlueOcean Contact Centre is an inbound call centre that I’ve done a variety of projects for over the years. They identified that their interior signage and wayfinding had become a mixture of stickers and in-house printed pages. They wanted a cohesive, clear and on-brand system—one that could be easily applied and expanded upon down the road.
I developed a system of adhesive bubbles to play off their brand, with different colours for various purposes. Unique placement of the decals, on edges of doors or surfaces, increased their interest and made them a bit more playful. Everyone, clients and staff, love the new look and its flexibility. They’ve even had me expand the program to one of their other locations.
